When it passes, crypto becomes a financial instrument under Japanese securities law, the ETF pathway opens, and the 55 to 20 tax cut follows in 2028. That is the sequence that unlocks ¥1,190 trillion of zero-yield household savings, and it just got the strongest signal yet that it's on track.
What it means for Metaplanet is positioning. When that capital starts moving, it needs regulated products to move into, and as of July 13 Metaplanet owns a Type I licensed arm built to manufacture them, presenting the product category on stage the day after the license activates, with the ministers who wrote the rules in the audience. The preferreds, the BTC bonds, the digital credit shelf all distribute through this pipe.
And for Bitcoin, Japan going first matters beyond Japan. The most indebted developed nation, with inflation finally biting after thirty years, is building the regulated onshore route for its citizens to hedge their own currency. Histamine/MCAS in the gut can cause anxiety, migraines, skin rashes, brain fog, etc.
Recommended approach
1. Starve & disable the bacteria directly
- Lactoferrin binds iron that gram-negatives like Klebsiella feast on, literally starving them.
