Decided to jump into Bluesky today. Found this. Made a response.
"the litigious" ie those upholding their rights under Equality Act 2010
"to target and pull ppl" ie to have a court of law adjudicate on unlawful behaviour
"harmful" ie I got found out
"A spokesman for the @OpenUniversity said: 'We don’t comment on cases post-settlement...'"
Post-settlement?
Two years ago, pre-settlement, they told the same paper that "ongoing legal proceedings" meant they could not "comment further at this time".

Defending #AcademicFreedom at UCL is currently time consuming and frustrating. But it could be worse. @cardiffuni is determined to demo the need for the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act and @SpeechUnion ‘s Mactaggart scheme! Looking forward to speaking at this:
Organizing this event was challenging. Cardiff University continues to treat CAFA as an external organization and this entails a £300 room hire cost. This follows £1,500 in room hire and security costs for last year’s event.

Today is International Academic Freedom Day. AFAF and @StudentAFAF members fight for free speech everyday. We will be gathering online this evening to celebrate. Free speech, no ifs, no buts.

On political matters, @portsmouthuni should adopt institutional neutrality, if it has not already done so.
(as a whole, not talking about individual speech)
It is just easier to do so, and it makes sense as explained here: https://t.co/SB2Kcw1y6Y
Dear Genderist Academics
In your academic writing, you can still use whatever working definition of the word 'woman' you see fit.
Pretending, as you long have, that your thinking and language have force of law, and forcing the rest of us to adopt it, never was your prerogative.
