A report revealing that governments issued nearly 1,275 online content takedown orders every day between March and July exposes a disturbing assault on democratic dissent. In Andhra Pradesh, the @ncbn government has turned censorship into an instrument of political intimidation. YSRCP’s official Instagram and Facebook accounts faced restrictions, alongside prominent media houses. In one extraordinary takedown request originating from Andhra Pradesh Police, “FBI” was even entered in the organisation field—showing how recklessly official machinery is being misused.

YSRCP spokespersons, journalists and social media activists who question government failures or expose corruption have faced notices, restrictions and harassment. Chandrababu Naidu speaks about democracy before cameras while his administration works behind screens to erase criticism.

This is not governance; it is digital repression driven by fear of public scrutiny. @ncbn గారూ… గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగులే కాదు, ఇవాళ ఏ ఉద్యోగి అయినా రోడ్డెక్కుతున్నారంటే, కారణం మేనిఫెస్టోలో మీరు హామీలు ఇచ్చి, తీరా అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఆ ఉద్యోగులందరికీ వెన్నుపోటు పొడవటమే. మీరు అధికారంలోకి వస్తానే ఐ.ఆర్‌.అన్నారు, పీఆర్‌సీ అన్నారు. తీరా ఐ.ఆర్‌.లేదు, పీఆర్‌సీ లేదు. మేం పీఆర్సీ ఛైర్మన్‌ను నియమిస్తే వెళ్లగొట్టారు. ఉద్యోగులకు హక్కుగా ఇవ్వాల్సిన 5 డీఏలు పెండింగ్‌. ఉద్యోగులు రోడ్డెక్కితే, అప్పుడు అందులో 2 డీఏలు ఇస్తానని ప్రకటించి, అరియర్స్‌ చెల్లింపునకు కూడా వాయిదాలు పెట్టారు. సరెండర్‌ లీవ్స్‌ పెండింగ్. ఉద్యోగులకు పెట్టిన బకాయిలు దాదాపు రూ.4౦వేల కోట్లు.

వీటికితోడు , మీరు ఆ సీట్లోకి వచ్చిన తొలిరోజు నుంచే, మేం దేశంలో ఎక్కడాలేని విధంగా, పరిపాలనలో విప్లవాత్మక చర్యగా, తీసుకొచ్చిన గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాలపై కక్ష గట్టారు. గ్రామ స్థాయిలోనే 54౦ కిపైగా సేవలందించిన, మా మానసపుత్రికలైన గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాలు, వాలంటీర్‌ వ్యవస్థ నిర్వీర్యమే లక్ష్యంగా, మీరు ఆ వ్యవస్థలపై నిరంతరం దాడిచేస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. గ్రామ స్వరాజ్యం కనబడకుండా చేసేందుకు కుట్రలు పన్నుతూనే ఉన్నారు. ఒకే నోటిఫికేషన్‌తో దేశచరిత్రలో ఎప్పుడూ లేని విధంగా 1.34 లక్షల శాశ్వత ఉద్యోగాలను, వాలంటీర్ల రూపంలో మరో 2.6 లక్షల ఉద్యోగాలను గ్రామ, వార్డు స్థాయిలో పారదర్శక పాలనకోసం మేం సృష్టిస్తే, హేతు బద్ధీకరణ పేరుతో శాశ్వతంగా 30వేల ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎసరు పెట్టడమే కాదు, వాలంటీర్లకు మేం ఇచ్చే రూ.5వేల జీతాన్ని, రూ.10వేలు చేస్తామంటూ కల్లబొల్లి కబుర్లు చెప్పి, తీరా అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక వారికీ వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచారు. ఇప్పుడు వాలంటీర్లు అందించే సేవలనూ సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగుల నెత్తిమీద పెట్టి, మోయలేని పనిభారాన్ని పెట్టారు. పారదర్శకతకూ, ఇంటివద్దకే పాలనకూ తెరదించారు. మీరు పెడుతున్న కష్టాలు, వేధింపులు భరించలేక ఒత్తిడికి గురై కొందరు, బలవన్మరణానికి పాల్పడి మరికొందరు, ఇలా ఈ రెండున్నరేళ్ల మీ దుర్మార్గ పరిపాలనలో ఏకంగా సుమారు 100 మంది ఉద్యోగులు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. మరి ఇన్ని కష్టాలు పడుతున్నప్పుడు, వారి బాధలు వినాలనే ఉద్దేశం మీకు లేనప్పుడు, వారు శాంతియుత ఆందోళన ద్వారా తమ గొంతు వినిపించాలనుకోవడం తప్పు ఎలా అవుతుంది?

చంద్రబాబుగారూ.. వెంటనే ఈ లాఠీఛార్జి ఘటనపై న్యాయవిచారణకు ఆదేశించడమే కాకుండా, ఉద్యోగులకు క్షమాపణ చెప్పండి. వారిపై విధించిన సస్పెన్షన్లను బేషరతుగా ఎత్తివేయండి.

ఈ సందర్భంలో గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగులకు వారి జగనన్నగా నేను హామీ ఇస్తున్నాను. దేవుడి దయ, ప్రజలందరి ఆశీస్సులతో వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి రాగానే, గ్రామ-వార్డు సచివాలయాల వ్యవస్థను మునుపటికంటే మరింత బలోపేతం చేస్తాం. తద్వారా గ్రామ స్వరాజ్యం మూడు పువ్వులు, ఆరుకాయలుగా వర్దిల్లుతుంది, మాట ఇస్తే, మాటమీద నిలబడే విశ్వసనీయ పాలన మళ్లీ ఉజ్వలిస్తుంది. ఉద్యోగులు తమ బాధ్యతలను గొప్పగా నిర్వర్తించేలా, ప్రజలకు అద్భుతమైన సేవలు మీ ద్వారా మళ్లీ అందేలా, దేశం మీవైపు చూసేలా అన్నిరకాల చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం. ఇప్పటికే రెండున్నరేళ్లు అయిపోయింది. ఇక మిగిలింది రెండున్నరేళ్లు మాత్రమే. కళ్లుమూసుకుంటే ఆ కాలంకూడా ఇట్టే గడిచిపోతుంది. మన అందరి ప్రభుత్వం తప్పక వస్తుంది. తప్పకుండా మీకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుంది.

Democracy can stand only when people have complete confidence in constitutional institutions such as the Election Commission. National media reports that two Election Commissioners raised objections on several occasions to decisions, electoral rolls and the management of ECINet have led to serious questions and doubts among the public.
Rather than an exchange of allegations, the public needs clarity on what objections were recorded, what action was taken on them, and how transparently the system functioned, be it for adding, deleting or restoring names on electoral rolls. Steps are needed to give people confidence on these matters.
Ultimately, we must strengthen public trust in the electoral process, protect every citizen’s right to vote, and strengthen the systems that allow people to exercise that right without fear.

In a democracy, transparency should not only prevail but should also appear to have prevailed. The very bill (Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Term of Office) Act, 2023 ) which had our support then, should be revisited now in the current background. The Central government (Ruling Party) should come forward, set the normal in place dispelling this fear. An amendment to the bill be brought forward where the election commissioner is appointed by the three member committee which has Leader of Opposition (LoP), Chief Justice of India (CJI) and the Prime Minister as members once again. Student appointing the examiner is always prone to allegations even though the examiner is thoroughly honest and it is always better replacing the process with someone neutral. This move would definitely regain the esteem and the confidence in the Election Commission

This is especially important because, during the SIR process in Andhra Pradesh, the party in power misused its authority. On many occasions, our appeals went unheard. In the local body election process too, our objections as an Opposition party to the manner in which divisions were redrawn were brushed aside. Such actions undoubtedly weaken public confidence in the electoral process. Transparency and accountability are the true measures of how any institution functions in a democracy, and safeguarding them is that institution’s primary duty.

లోక్‌భవన్‌లో గవర్నర్‌ జస్టిస్‌ అబ్ధుల్‌ నజీర్‌ గారిని కలిసిన మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి, వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీ వైయస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి గారు.
శాప్‌ కార్యాలయం వద్ద వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ నాయకులపై జరిగిన దాడికి సంబంధించి ఆయన గవర్నర్‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. అలాగే డీఎస్సీ–2025లో జరిగిన అక్రమాలపై సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలని కోరారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా శ్రీ వైయస్‌ జగన్‌ ఏం మాట్లాడారంటే..:

డీఎస్సీ స్కామ్‌లో ఇవీ నాలుగు పాయింట్లు:
ఇప్పుడే గవర్నర్‌గారిని కలవడం జరిగింది. గవర్నర్‌గారికి వివరంగా.. సెప్టెంబరు 21న జరిగిన ఘటనపైనే కాకుండా, ఏ విధంగా డీఎస్సీ స్కామ్‌లో యువత నష్టపోయింది అనేది వివరించాము. ఈ వ్యవస్థలో ఒక మార్పు రావాలన్నా, ఈ వ్యవస్థ మీద ప్రజలకు మళ్లీ నమ్మకం రావాలన్నా, ఈ వ్యవస్థలో లోపాలు సవరించాలన్నా డీఎస్సీ స్కామ్‌పై కచ్చితంగా సీబీఐ విచారణ జరగాలి. విద్యా శాఖ మంత్రి రాజీనామా కూడా చేయాలి.
దేశ చరిత్రలో ఎప్పుడూ జరగని విధంగా, నాలుగు పాయింట్ల ఆధారంగా డీఎస్సీలో అక్రమాలు చోటు చేసుకున్నాయి.
1). మొట్టమొదట రెండు ఫంక్షన్లు ఒకే వ్యక్తి చేతికి అప్పగించడం. ప్రశ్నపత్రం తయారీ, పరీక్ష నిర్వహణ రెండూ ఎస్‌సీఈఆర్‌టీ డైరెక్టర్‌కు అప్పగించారు. దీంతో స్కామ్‌ ప్రారంభం అయింది.
2). రెండోది మొత్తం ఔట్‌ సోర్సింగ్‌ ఉద్యోగుల చేతిలో పెట్టారు. అలా పని చేస్తున్న నవీన్‌ అనే వ్యక్తికి కృష్ణా జిల్లాలో ఫస్ట్‌ ర్యాంక్‌ వచ్చినా, అతడికి ఉద్యోగం ఇవ్వలేదు. తన పేరు తొలి మెరిట్‌ లిస్ట్‌లో చూపి, ఆ తర్వాత లిస్ట్‌లో పేరు తొలగించారు.
అతడి లాగిన్‌ ఐడీ బ్లాక్‌ చేశారు. కాల్‌ లెటర్‌ కూడా పంపలేదు. దీంతో అతడు ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాయడమే కాకుండా, కోర్టుకు కూడా వెళ్లాడు. అంటే ఒక స్కామ్‌ను కవర్‌ చేయడానికి ఎన్ని అగచాట్లు పడుతున్నారు. అనేది తెలియడంతో పాటు, లీకేజీ వ్యవహారం బట్టబయలైంది.
3). స్పోర్ట్స్‌ కోటా పేరుతో అడ్డగోలుగా జీఓలు ఇచ్చారు. గతంలో ఉన్న జీఓలు రద్దు చేసి కొత్తగా.. జీఓ నెం: 4, 47 అని చెప్పి, రెండు కొత్త జీఓలు తెచ్చి, వాటి ద్వారా పరీక్ష రాయాల్సిన అవసరం లేకుండా ఉద్యోగాలు ఇచ్చారు. ఆ తర్వాత 372 ఉద్యోగాలు ఆ జీఓల పేరుతో ఇచ్చారు. ఆ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌ పూర్తి కాగానే మళ్లీ మూడు జీఓలు తెచ్చారు. జీఓ నెం: 23, 25, 56 తెచ్చారు. దాని ప్రకారం మళ్లీ పరీక్ష ఉండాలని నిబంధన పెట్టారు. మరి ఇక్కడ 372 మందికి ఎలా ఉద్యోగాలు ఇచ్చారన్న దానికి సమాధానం లేదు.
4). ఫేక్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్లు. ఏరకంగా నారా లోకేష్‌ తోడల్లుడు, విశాఖ ఎంపీ భరత్‌ దొంగ సర్టిఫికెట్లు ఇచ్చాడో చూశాం. జరగని గేమ్స్‌ జరిగినట్లు చూపారు. అలాగే ఏపీ సాఫ్ట్‌బాల్‌ అసోసియేషన్‌ ప్రెసిడెంట్‌ అయిన ఎమ్మెల్యే కూన రవికుమార్‌.. దాదాపు 38 ఉద్యోగాలకు సంబంధించి, సర్టిఫికెట్లు ఇచ్చారనేది కూడా చెప్పాం. ఇంకాసాఫ్ట్‌బాల్‌ అసోసియేషన్లకు సంబంధించి కొన్ని జిల్లాలో సెక్రటరీలకు, వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇచ్చారు అనేవి కూడా చెప్పాం.

బేరసారాల ఆడియో. వీడియో:
డీఎస్సీ ఉద్యోగాలకు సంబంధించి బేరసారాలపై ఆడియో, వీడియో కూడా బయటకు వచ్చింది. అందులో క్లియర్‌గా ఫోన్‌ నెంబర్‌ కనిపిస్తున్నా, ఆ వ్యక్తి గురించి ఎఫ్‌ఐఆర్‌లో రాయలేదు. కేవలం సస్పెక్ట్‌ అని మాత్రమే రాశారు. అరెస్టు కూడా చేయకుండా స్టేషన్‌ బెయిల్‌ ఇచ్చి పంపారు. అయినా సీఎం చంద్రబాబు అసెంబ్లీలో అబద్ధాలు చెప్పారు.

శాప్‌ ఆఫీస్‌ వద్ద టీడీపీ గుండాల దాడి:
సెప్టెంబరు 21న శాప్‌ ఆఫీస్‌ వద్ద శాంతియుత నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేస్తామని పార్టీ జిల్లా అధ్యక్షుడు ముందుగానే సమాచారం ఇచ్చారు. అనుమతి కోరుతూ లెటర్‌ కూడా రాశాడు. కానీ, ఆరోజు ఏం జరిగింది. అక్కడ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు, మంత్రి లోకేష్‌ ఎలా కుట్ర చేశారో చూశాం.
టీచర్లు కాని టీచర్లను పిలిపించి, ప్యారలల్‌గా ధర్నా చేయించాడు. నిజానికి వారు చదువు చెప్పే గురువులు కాదు. దొంగ సర్టిఫికెట్లతో, ఏ పరీక్ష రాయకుండా ఉద్యోగాలు పొందిన వారు. అందుకే వారు టీచర్లు కానీ టీచర్లు. వారిని పిలిపించి, కావాలని శాప్‌ ఆఫీస్‌ వద్ద గొడవ చేయించారు. అంతే కాకుండా టీడీపీ గుండాలను కూడా అక్కడికి రప్పించారు. వారంతా కలిసి మా పార్టీ నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు, నిరుద్యోగ యువకులపై దారుణంగా దాడి చేశారు. అసలు వారంతా ఎవరో చూడండి. వీరు గతంలో సాక్షి ఆఫీస్‌పై దాడి చేసింది కూడా వీరే.

పైగా రివర్స్‌ కేసులు:
శాంతియుతంగా నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్న మా పార్టీ నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు, నిరుద్యోగ యువకులపై ఆ విధంగా టీడీపీ గుండాలు అంత దారుణంగా దాడి చేసినా, వారిపై ఎలాంటి చర్యలు లేవు. వారిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేయలేదు. అందుకు పూర్తి భిన్నంగా, రివర్స్‌లో మా పార్టీ నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు, నిరుద్యోగ యువకులపై కేసు పెట్టారు.
ఎంత దారుణంగా ఆ కేసులు పెట్టారంటే.. హత్యాయత్నం కేసులు. ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీ అత్యాచార కేసులు పెట్టారు. ఇప్పటికే 350 మందిపై కేసులు పెట్టారు. ఆ జాబితా ఇంకా పెరుగుతోంది. ఇంకా రాత్రి వేళల్లో ఇళ్లపై బడి అరెస్టులు చేస్తున్నారు.
అయితే అదృష్టవశాత్తూ.. కోర్టులు వాటిని తప్పు పడుతున్నాయి. దీని వల్ల సామాన్యులు బ్రతుకుతున్నారు.
మరోవైపు మొన్నటి శాంతియుత నిరసన కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్న వారిపై రౌడీషీట్లు ఓపెన్‌ చేశారు. వాటిపైనా కోర్టులు స్పందించాయి.
శాంతియుత నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేస్తుంటే, రౌడీ షీట్లు ఎలా ఓపెన్‌ చేస్తారని నిలదీశాయి.

మా పోరాటం కొనసాగుతుంది:
తప్పు చేసింది మీరు. ప్రశ్నించే హక్కు లేదా? దాన్ని కూడా కాల రాస్తారా? ఇంత దిక్కుమాలిన ప్రభుత్వం ప్రపంచంలోనే ఉండదేమో..
మా ఈ యుద్ధం కొనసాగుతుంది. ఇందులో న్యాయం, ధర్మం తప్పకుండా గెలుస్తుంది.
విద్యా శాఖ మంత్రి రాజీనామా చేయాలి. దీనిపై సీబీఐ విచారణ జరగాలి. కనీసం అప్పుడైనా మన రాష్ట్రంలో పిల్లలకు, నిరుద్యోగులకు పరీక్షల మీద విశ్వాసం ఏర్పడుతుంది. పోటీ పరీక్షలు పారదర్శకంగా జరుగుతాయన్న నమ్మకం కలుగుతుంది. ఆ దిశలో మా డిమాండ్‌ కొనసాగుతోంది.

మీడియా ప్రశ్నలకు బదులిస్తూ..
సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశం ప్రభుత్వానికి చెంపదెబ్బ:
విజయవాడలో సాయికృష్ణ లాకప్‌డెత్‌కు సంబంధించిన కేసు చూస్తే.. ఏ రకంగా చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం పిల్లలను వాడుకుంటూ, వారితో గంజాయి అమ్మిస్తూ, వారితో చట్టవిరుద్ధమైన పనులు చేయించారు?. ఇందులో పోలీసులు ఎలా పని చేశారు? ప్రభుత్వం ఎలా అధికార దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తోంది అనేదానికి నిదర్శనం.
సాయికృష్ణ లాకప్‌డెత్‌ కేసులో సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఈరోజు ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలు. అవి నిజంగా ఒక చెంపదెబ్బ చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం మీద.
సుప్రీంకోర్టు గట్టిగా మందలిస్తూ.. సీపీ, డీజీపీని కూడా ఎందుకు అక్యూజ్డ్‌ లిస్టులో చేర్చలేదని నిలదీయడం.. నిజంగా ప్రభుత్వానికి చెంపదెబ్బ.
ఒక పిల్లాడిని అరెస్టు చేసి తీసుకొస్తారు. కొట్టి చంపారు. చివరకు శవం కూడా మాయం చేశారు.

ఇవాళ విజయవాడలో జరిగిన ఘటనలు చూస్తే మీ ప్రభుత్వం ఎంతగా దిగజారిపోయిందో అర్థమవుతోంది. సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలని కోరుతూ విద్యార్థులు, నిరుద్యోగులతో కలిసి మా పార్టీ నాయకులు శాంతియుతంగా ర్యాలీ చేసేందుకు వెళ్తే వారిని అడ్డుకున్నారు, లాఠీలతో కొట్టించారు, టీచర్ల ముసుగులో మీ రౌడీలతో దాడులు చేయించారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో ప్రతిపక్షానికి ర్యాలీలు చేసే హక్కు కూడా లేదా చంద్రబాబుగారూ? డీఎస్సీలో మీరు స్కామ్‌లు చేశారు కాబట్టే, ఆ అక్రమాలపై ప్రశ్నిస్తూ మిమ్మల్ని, మీ అబ్బాయిని, బట్టలిప్పి కడిగేస్తున్నారు కాబట్టే, సమాధానాలు చెప్పలేక, తట్టుకోలేక ఇంతగా దిగజారిపోయి వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ఏదో స్కాం చేసి దొరికినప్పుడల్లా తప్పించుకోవడానికి డైవర్షన్లు చేయడం మీకు అలవాటే. మీ బుద్ధే అంత.

మేం అడుగుతున్నది ఏంటి? లక్షలాది మంది అభ్యర్థుల భవిష్యత్తుతో ముడిపడిన డీఎస్సీ నియామకాల్లో జరిగిన అక్రమాలపై నిష్పాక్షికంగా సీబీఐ విచారణ జరపమంటున్నాం. ఎలాంటి తప్పూ జరగలేదని మీకు అంత నమ్మకం ఉంటే విచారణకు ఎందుకు వెనుకాడుతున్నారు? పైపెచ్చు ఇన్ని ఆధారాలు కనబడుతున్నప్పుడు. టీచర్‌ పోస్టులకోసం లక్షలమంది యువత సంవత్సరాల తరబడి చదువుతారు. లక్షల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేస్తారు. అలాంటప్పుడు వారి కష్టానికి, ప్రతిభకు, న్యాయం జరుగుతుందన్న విశ్వాసం ప్రభుత్వ నియామక వ్యవస్థపై ఉండాలి. మీరు, మీ కుమారుడు లోకేష్‌ చేసిన స్కాంల పుణ్యమా అని ఆ విశ్వాసం ఏ నిరుద్యోగికీ, ఏ ఉద్యోగార్థికీ లేకుండా పోయింది.

మీ పోలీసుల బారికేడ్లు, మీ లాఠీఛార్జిలు, అరెస్టులు, కౌంటర్‌గా మీరు పెట్టించిన ఫేక్‌ ధర్నాలు పోయిన ఆ విశ్వాసాన్ని తీసుకు వస్తాయా? కేవలం సీబీఐ చేత జరిగే నిష్పాక్షిక విచారణ మాత్రమే ఆ విశ్వాసాన్ని తిరిగి తీసుకు రాగలదు.

పోలీసులను అడ్డుపెట్టుకుని స్కాంను దాచేయలేరు. ప్రతిపక్ష గొంతును అణిచివేసి వాస్తవాలను దాచలేరు. డీఎస్సీ అభ్యర్థులకు న్యాయం జరగాలి, ఉద్యోగాల నియామకాలు పారదర్శకంగా ఉండాలి. దానికోసమే మా పోరాటం. డీఎస్సీ అక్రమాలకు బాధ్యత వహిస్తూ లోకేష్‌ రాజీనామా చేయాలి. సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలి. అంతవరకూ డీఎస్సీ బాధితుల పక్షాన మా గొంతు నినదిస్తూనే ఉంటుంది.
