गहरे शोक और अत्यंत सम्मान के साथ, हम इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश के मेजर हमज़ा आरिफ की शहादत पर अपनी विनम्र श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं। मिट्टी के इस वीर पुत्र और भारतीय सेना के गर्वित अधिकारी ने जैसलमेर में एक दुखद दुर्घटना के बाद कर्तव्य की रेखा पर अपना जीवन न्योछावर कर दिया। उनका सर्वोच्च बलिदान राष्ट्र के हृदय में सदा के लिए अंकित रहेगा।

मेजर हमज़ा ने नौ वर्षों तक विशिष्ट सेवा दी और साहस, अनुशासन तथा निःस्वार्थ सेवा की सर्वोच्च परंपराओं को बनाए रखा। इंदौर की सड़कों पर हज़ारों लोगों का फूलों की पंखुड़ियाँ बरसाते हुए और “वंदे मातरम” तथा “मेजर हमज़ा आरिफ अमर रहे” के नारे लगाते हुए दृश्य, उनके प्रति लोगों के प्रेम और गर्व को स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाते हैं। उनकी युवा पत्नी ज्योति, परिवार और पूरी बोहरा समुदाय ने एक प्रिय पुत्र, पति और भाई को खोया है; राष्ट्र ने एक समर्पित रक्षक को खोया है।

यह पहली बार नहीं है जब दाऊदी बोहरा समुदाय ने मातृभूमि के लिए अपने श्रेष्ठतम पुत्रों में से एक को अर्पित किया हो। इससे पहले उदयपुर के मेजर मुस्तफ़ा ने भी समान वीरता के साथ राष्ट्र की सेवा करते हुए शहादत प्राप्त की थी। उनके बलिदान हमें परमपावन सैयदना मुफ़द्दल सैफ़ुद्दीन की उस महान शिक्षा की याद दिलाते हैं, जो अपने अनुयायियों को निरंतर राष्ट्र के प्रति वफ़ादार रहने और सच्ची निष्ठा व भक्ति के साथ उसकी सेवा करने का उपदेश देते हैं। सच्चा ईमान ऐसी निष्ठा और देश को सबसे ऊपर रखने की तत्परता में ही झलकता है।

हम प्रार्थना करते हैं कि सर्वशक्तिमान अल्लाह मेजर हमज़ा आरिफ को जन्नत में सर्वोच्च स्थान प्रदान करें और उनके शोकसंतप्त परिवार को शक्ति, धैर्य और सांत्वना दें। उनकी स्मृति आने वाली पीढ़ियों को उसी साहस और समर्पण के साथ राष्ट्र की सेवा करने के लिए प्रेरित करती रहे।

With profound grief and deepest respect, we offer our solemn tributes to the martyrdom of Major Hamza Arif of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A brave son of the soil and a proud officer of the Indian Army, he laid down his life in the line of duty after a tragic accident in Jaisalmer. His supreme sacrifice will forever remain etched in the heart of the nation.

Major Hamza served with distinction for nine years, upholding the highest traditions of courage, discipline and selfless service. The scenes of thousands lining the streets of Indore, showering flower petals and chanting “Vande Mataram” and “Major Hamza Arif Amar Rahe,” spoke volumes of the love and pride the people held for him. His young wife Jyoti, family, and the entire Bohra community have lost a beloved son, husband and brother; the nation has lost a dedicated defender.

This is not the first time the Dawoodi Bohra community has offered one of its finest to the motherland. Earlier, Major Mustafa from Udaipur also attained martyrdom while serving the nation with equal valour. Their sacrifices remind us of the noble guidance of His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, who constantly exhorts his followers to remain faithful to the nation and to serve it with sincerity and devotion. True faith is reflected in such loyalty and readiness to place the country above all else.

We pray that Almighty Allah grants Major Hamza Arif the highest place in Jannah and bestows strength, patience and solace upon his bereaved family. May his memory continue to inspire generations to serve the nation with the same courage and commitment.

Madhya Pradesh has firmly established itself as India’s ‘Cheetah State’, transforming a historic conservation dream into a global success story. Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Project Cheetah was launched in September 2022, ending a 70-year absence of the world’s fastest land animal from Indian soil. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has rightly described it as the world’s most successful cheetah project, praising the favourable climate and dedicated efforts that have turned the big cats into “family members” of the state.

The journey began at Kuno National Park, where the first group of cheetahs from Namibia and later Botswana were released. Today, 57 cheetahs, including adults and cubs, roam across Madhya Pradesh. Of these, 54 are in Kuno and three in the newly emerging Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary. On 20 April 2025, CM Yadav personally released two young males, Prabhas and Pavak, into an open enclosure at Gandhi Sagar, marking the next chapter of expansion. These cheetahs had been carefully transported from Kuno and are now adapting to their new high-speed habitat in the Malwa region.

Kuno has become a model of wildlife conservation, with cheetahs freely hunting and breeding while the park’s biodiversity flourishes—evidenced by the rare sighting of a caracal. Plans are advancing to settle more cheetahs in Gujarat’s Banni grasslands and further sites in Madhya Pradesh, creating a contiguous landscape spanning thousands of square kilometres.

From the first releases to the current population thriving across 18,000 square kilometres, Project Cheetah stands as a shining example of scientific planning, political will, and ecological restoration. Under the guidance of PM Modi and CM Yadav, Madhya Pradesh’s success not only revives a lost species but also redefines India’s commitment to wildlife heritage for generations to come.

मध्य प्रदेश ने खुद को भारत के ‘चीता राज्य’ के रूप में मजबूती से स्थापित कर लिया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में सितंबर 2022 में प्रोजेक्ट चीता की शुरुआत हुई, जिसने 70 वर्षों के बाद भारत की धरती पर दुनिया के सबसे तेज स्तनधारी को वापस लाया। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने इसे दुनिया का सबसे सफल चीता प्रोजेक्ट बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुकूल जलवायु और समर्पित प्रयासों ने इन बड़े बिल्लियों को राज्य के परिवार का सदस्य बना दिया है।

यह यात्रा कूनो राष्ट्रीय उद्यान से शुरू हुई, जहाँ नामीबिया और बाद में बोत्सवाना से लाए गए चीतों को छोड़ा गया। आज मध्य प्रदेश में 57 चीते (वयस्क और शावक सहित) विचरण कर रहे हैं। इनमें से 54 कूनो में और तीन नवउभरते गांधी सागर अभयारण्य में हैं। 20 अप्रैल 2025 को मुख्यमंत्री यादव ने खुद दो युवा नर चीतों—प्रभास और पवक—को गांधी सागर के खुले बाड़े में छोड़ा। ये चीते कूनो से सावधानीपूर्वक लाए गए थे और अब मालवा क्षेत्र के नए आवास में ढल रहे हैं।

कूनो वन्यजीव संरक्षण का आदर्श मॉडल बन गया है। यहाँ चीते स्वतंत्र रूप से शिकार कर रहे हैं और प्रजनन कर रहे हैं, साथ ही जैव विविधता भी फल-फूल रही है—जिसका प्रमाण दुर्लभ कैरकल बिल्ली का दिखना है। गुजरात के बन्नी घास के मैदानों और मध्य प्रदेश के अन्य क्षेत्रों में और चीतों को बसाने की योजनाएँ आगे बढ़ रही हैं, जिससे हजारों वर्ग किलोमीटर का एक निरंतर परिदृश्य तैयार होगा।

प्रथम विमोचन से लेकर आज 18,000 वर्ग किलोमीटर क्षेत्र में फैल चुकी आबादी तक, प्रोजेक्ट चीता वैज्ञानिक योजना, राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति और पारिस्थितिक पुनर्स्थापन का शानदार उदाहरण है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री यादव के मार्गदर्शन में मध्य प्रदेश की यह सफलता न केवल एक लुप्तप्राय प्रजाति को पुनर्जीवित कर रही है, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए भारत की वन्यजीव विरासत को भी नए आयाम दे रही है।

Guiding misguided children and youth onto the right path is our duty and dharma. Vulgar abuses and filthy language are neither part of our culture nor of our family values and civilization. Abusive words never solve any problem. They only increase hatred and bitterness, tear society apart, and destroy positive energy. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to the angry youth is clear and inspiring—channel your anger in a constructive direction, leave negativity behind, and join the task of nation-building.

We all need to move forward together. India’s future rests safely in the hands of its youth. If we hold each other’s hands and walk together, no goal remains impossible. These immortal lines from a film song still serve as our guiding mantra—“Saathi haath badhana saathi re, ek akela thak jayega, milkar kadam badhana” (Come, friend, extend your hand; one alone will tire, but together we shall march forward). An individual may grow weary, but organised and collective effort can move even mountains.

Come, let us abandon abuses and hatred and adopt decency, civility, and positive dialogue. Teaching a lesson to the misguided does not mean humiliating or belittling them; it means patiently explaining, offering proper guidance, and providing them with opportunities. In the fields of education, skill development, cleanliness drives, Digital India, and Atmanirbhar Bharat, the right and positive use of youth power can take the nation to new heights.

गुमराह बच्चों और युवाओं को सही राह दिखाना हमारा धर्म और कर्तव्य है। भद्दी-भद्दी गाली-गलौज न तो हमारी संस्कृति है और न ही पारिवारिक सभ्यता का अंग। अपशब्द कभी कोई समस्या हल नहीं करते। वे केवल विद्वेष और कटुता बढ़ाते हैं, समाज को तोड़ते हैं तथा सकारात्मक ऊर्जा को नष्ट कर देते हैं। आक्रोशित युवाओं को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का आह्वान स्पष्ट और प्रेरणादायक है—क्रोध को रचनात्मक दिशा दो, नकारात्मकता को छोड़ो और देश के नवनिर्माण में सक्रिय रूप से जुड़ो।

हम सबको मिलकर आगे बढ़ना है। भारत का भविष्य युवाओं के हाथ में सुरक्षित है। अगर हम एक-दूसरे का हाथ पकड़कर चलें तो कोई भी लक्ष्य असंभव नहीं रह जाता। फिल्मी गीत की ये अमर पंक्तियाँ आज भी हमारा मूल मंत्र हैं—“साथी हाथ बढ़ाना साथी रे, एक अकेला थक जाएगा, मिलकर कदम बढ़ाना।” अकेला व्यक्ति थक सकता है, लेकिन संगठित और सामूहिक प्रयास से पहाड़ भी हिल जाते हैं।

आओ, हम गाली-गलौज और नफ़रत छोड़कर शालीनता, सभ्यता तथा सकारात्मक संवाद अपनाएँ। गुमराहों को सबक सिखाने का अर्थ उन्हें अपमानित या नीचा दिखाना नहीं, बल्कि धैर्यपूर्वक समझाना, सही मार्गदर्शन देना और उन्हें अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है। शिक्षा, कौशल विकास, स्वच्छता अभियान, डिजिटल इंडिया और आत्मनिर्भर भारत—इन सभी क्षेत्रों में युवा शक्ति का सही और सकारात्मक उपयोग राष्ट्र को नई ऊँचाइयों पर ले जा सकता है।

Let’s guide the misguided. Let’s work together. Let’s work for Bharat. अभद्र भाषा कभी कोई समाधान नहीं देती। एकता, परिश्रम, शालीनता और सकारात्मक सोच ही भारत को विश्वगुरु बनाने का सबसे मजबूत सांस्कृतिक आधार है। हम सब मिलकर कदम बढ़ाएँ—भारत के नवनिर्माण में।
