General Secretary and Treasurer , if both rely upon Auditors ,Accountants ,Bankers and Managers feedback only for the daily operation and activities of fund management and movement then its serious question over the selective media trial.
Both were equally powerful and enjoyed similar respect and influence in the trust regardless of their physical presence at the place of activities.
It’s an established fact that Top management takes inputs and feedback with their executives and auditors only for the functioning of any organisation.
It’s surprising if someone absolves himself from his defined duties as per the trust deed and he never informed about the de facto situation of the post .
SRJTK is a public trust . Public largely believes that the trust is having a treasurer and Gen. Secretary of high repute and honesty apart from other members and outsourced skilled vendors. Therefore , when it comes to own the responsibilities at any moment of time ,if one distances himself from the same ;suggests that the public at large were kept in dark.
While SIT has to still disclose its findings , I personally feel that a further deep investigation is must for every transaction & real authority in effect at trust since the trust formation.
Nothing should be done in hurry.

If treasurer completely relies on to his personal CA from Pune who visits Ayodhya at every month end and reports him with the monthly financial activities and he was assured well as “….उन्हीं के भरोसे हिसाब के बारे में निश्चिंत रह पाता हूँ” ( Point No.4 last line -Page 2 of his statement on 5th July ) ; then it’s another question over the professional competencies of the person .
Also , is there any provision in the Trust deed that Treasurer can assign his own scrutiny /duty to a hired /trusted professional as a proxy ?
What’s written in the deed about the signatory/co-signatory/power of attorney and banking operation !!
Parasharan Ji was of the view that since Champat Ji has already tendered resignation then there’s no scope left to not accept as per by laws of the trust deed . He was unhappy and distressed with the development.

But he could not imagine that self vigilance and self policing would cause and trigger finger onto him only.
Hidden camera apart from CCtV which revealed the pilferage practice and led the arrest of thugs and recovery was planted by @ChampatRaiVHP ji only and this also helped a lot to SIT investigations . What happens when we discover any theft at home ? First we try to figure out our own and then go to police . Since theft revelations in the @ShriRamTeerth was a shocking one and no body wanted to let people’s faith shattered with this ill news ;so what follows next was a worse political agenda.
Trusted sources of Akhilesh busted this to Lucknow circle ⭕️ and then it became a news sensation. Media got a chance to target General Secretary as he never flirted with media and camera. His behaviour to the media was also not in favour to the news desk and he never entertained calls from them in the last 6 years.
Now ,Starts the brutal Media Trail . Champat- Chor-Champak-Chanda Chor etc.
this is a classic case of Character Assassination and target reporting while the real culprit continued to be trusted one of those who peddled media stories. Media till today , never questioned Treasurer , unofficial CEO ,Internal / concurrent Auditor and public reports of the Statutory auditor and accountants incharge there.
My unofficial internal report was shared by a AAG to @IndianExpress through @RTIExpress and then to @saurabhtop and @JagranNews where I had pointed out in Nov. 2020 about the risk and implications of the mismanagement and unprofessional execution practices in the newly formed trust. Unfortunately that reporting was between me and champat Ji only ( Management Audit report is always a confidential document for the board only ) and probably that reporting could never become part of the implementation process to devise a SOP and fixation of the shared responsibilities in a professional manner due to circumstances known to trust only. ( I guess )
Champat Ji is a kind and a selfless Pracharak and a guardian to many selfless people in India after the sad demise of Shri Ashok Singhal ji in VHP. Nobody imagined that his kind nature will bring this much embarrassment and media abuse to him in revert. As a custodian of SRJTK he may be accountable for the said pilferage But his integrity and devout sewa to Prabhu Shri Ram and Teeth Kshetra can only be explained by Prabhu Shri Ram Only .
So , Let Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram decide about his Sewa now !
But for people like us , he will remain our patron.
