Why do students choose to study simultaneous undergraduate degrees offered "in combo"? In our publication in @CERJournal with @IngridAnzelin we find that this policy often further fosters students’ consumerist orientations over self-cultivation motives https://t.co/CKLrAuEAgn

@jelena3121@JulianHamann1@socarxiv The core Forbe´s argument, the privatization argument, and the metrification argument are different. I am not persuated by the first two but I agree that the third is more sound. So I just tried to deactivate the R score but now I cannot escape. I became a number. Help!!! :( :)
@socarxiv@JulianHamann1 I also like that SocArXiv is nonprofit since it seems to represent better Merton´s Cudos than RG, however, the latter simply does not allow finding my colleagues´ work - as in RG. Once they are equivalent in users and user friendliness I will be happy to migrate...
@JulianHamann1@socarxiv I think that being private does not imply equivalency: I thought RG had also asked for money for paper recommendations or similar and was inclined to delete my account. Far from being a neoliberal, I am perhaps less inclined to discard a priori privates such as RG (or BIONTech)..
