@DonnaTo87066685 @Ryanair This happened to me on my out bound flight on 13/4/22. The case was never returned and they ignored all communication and a claim regardless of legal obligation under the Montreal convention. Today their solicitors paid me a settlement fee after I took legal action.

Today Ryanair’s solicitors paid me ~£1600 after I took legal action against them. If you’ve been wronged and ignored by Ryanair do not give up you do have rights. Happy to provide guidance to anyone who needs it. #Ryanair

@PaulRChase Ryanair lost my baggage on a love holidays booked flight, never returned it or compensated me. Love holidays say they are just a booking service while Ryanair describe love holidays as an “unauthorised screen scrapper booking” and have asked me to report them to the CAA.

124 days since #Ryanair lost my suitcase and still no response on my claim. 30 days since you replied to my tweet saying an agent would contact me asap, o contact made. 20 days since i sent a letter before court action, no response . @Ryanair @askryanair @RyanairPress
