@British_Airways been on hold for an hour and a half so far trying to get a refund for my honeymoon flights that were cancelled in 2020. 10th attempt in the last year to call. How do I get a refund when no one answers? Why am I chasing this when you cancelled my flights?

Had connecting flight in Gatwick - due to #britishairways delays would miss this so auto booked us on later flight from HEATHROW. Left on own to get from Gatwick to HEATHROW with limited time and at own cost (£104).
