The 4th Cadre Review of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) is still pending. Four years of delay is deeply concerning, while prolonged delays in promotions are disappointing for CSS employees. The long-pending cadre review needs to be finalised at the earliest.

A cadre may endure a vacant post or a delyd prmton. But a cadre can't indefinitely endure a delayed review. 8+ years of wait. The question is no longer when review will happen btwhy it has not happened.
