@Mr_davisj Completely agree, any split works if you manage your volume/intensities and plan around outside stressors as best you can, but coaches need something to hate on and post about 😂
@StrengthDebates Heavy RDLs are the one movement I respect seeing people do more then any other in gyms. Their reputation and supposed purpose is all wrong. They should be FULLY sent.

@StrengthDebates Never liked “strong enough” more so that strength volume eventually can start beating the athlete up more.
Once percentages of 1rm start to eclipse bodyweight, a 3x5 total volume workload can become triple what it was.
Always strength train, just know when it should change 👌

@ZacGoodman_ Solid! I use them extensively with those who are new to the weight room since I like it for technique and probably better off then dog 8+ reps of a squat, but I agree those who are stronger you’d lose the true force dynamic
