If you’re like me and hate people who have the “first-time in Japan” aura, avoid anything east of Chiyoda. That saves a lot of time. Not into anime? Skip Akihibara. Nothing but salarymen in the south. Basically a nice cafe in Yoyogi, browse some shops down in Jiyugaoka. Done.
