Subjective oracles are hard and @Kleros_io also suffered from nitpicking attempts. But we've always worked to keep those in check.
Happy to help here. It doesn't need to be Kleros or UMA. We could have oracle aggregation (2/3 systems to determine the outcome).
1/ Polymarket just resolved NO on a market where the thing happened.
MicroStrategy sold Bitcoin. Between May 26–31. Confirmed by SEC filing, signed by @saylor.
The market asked: "MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin by May 31?"
They did. It resolved NO.
Here's why this matters beyond the $85M dispute
@kleros_io is voting to let its DAO guide ~70-80% of Kleros Cooperative net spending - with a live @_futarchy market currently pricing in a +2.23% $PNK price increase if approved.
The Cooperative holds the treasury and builds the protocol, but it is not legally bound to follow DAO instructions.
Instead, the proposal establishes conditional leverage:
- Follow DAO guidance on spending and the grants keep flowing .
- ignore it and the DAO halts them or funds elsewhere.
20-30% of spending stays discretionary for fast decisions
The push follows the narrow failure of an earlier strategic $PNK sale (49.7% For to 50.3% Against) and repeated calls to give the DAO more power.
@clesaege backed a deliberately minimal first step: "Good proposals should be like good code, do one thing but do it very well."
@w_n1c01a5 pushed for spending data, transparency, scope, traceability and a grant pause first, but still backed the substance: "not aligned on the form, but aligned on the substance I vote for."
@forereth floated elected DAO representatives inside the Cooperative, if legally workable. @clesaege answered that it fits the original college vision but belongs in its own proposal, ratified by both bodies.
99.2% For, voting closes June 6th at 6am UTC.

⏰~33 hours left on KIP-88: DAO Guidance to the Cooperative.
The proposal lets the Kleros DAO steer ~70-80% of Cooperative net spending, using PNK grants as the conditional lever.
99.24% For, 18 voters. Closes Jun 6, 6:00 UTC.
🎬 Movie taste is subjective, but that doesn't mean it's unpredictable.
We wanted to find out which recommender was most accurate:
▸ a specialized recommender algo trained on 20 years of community ratings,
▸ the latest ChatGPT model,
▸ or Kleros Foresight, powered by prediction markets.
Kleros Foresight won. In Round 1, 113 traders beat Criticker (avg error 32 vs 38) and ChatGPT (vs 42) at guessing what our CTO would rate five films.
The caveat: it didn't beat ChatGPT when it had access to Clément's own chat history. That's why we're back with the Kleros Foresight Movie Experiment 2: Electric Boogaloo.

I'm far from the first to talk about using AI with Kleros.
However, I might be one of the few who believe that pretty soon, 99.9% of cases will be handled automatically by AI agents, with humans staking $PNK simply being responsible for using the best tools available.
Instead of chasing the absolute best AI model like hunting top ASICs in crypto mining, we'll quickly reach a point where most models are already accurate enough for Kleros. At that stage, the real game shifts to staking as much $PNK as possible to maximize your chances of being drawn as a juror and to handle a much higher volume of cases.
Just like in Ethereum's Proof of Stake, where owning and staking ETH makes holders far more powerful than those who had raw hashrate in the old mining days.
What will ultimately matter is the quantity of $PNK staked, it becomes the best profitability variable. It will be far more profitable to accumulate and stake $PNK than to invest heavily in resolution infrastructure, because AI will quickly reach extremely high efficiency, close to 99.99% success rate on cases, at a very low marginal cost. At the end of the day, the only thing that really matters is the quantity of $PNK you have staked.
As Kleros gets adopted by institutions and real courts like the Mendoza Court, power and influence over legal systems adopting Kleros will increasingly be determined by the percentage of $PNK someone holds and stakes.
"Whoever controls the court controls the state."
Now guess what happens if the state can't control the court.
UMA RULING WATCH 🎯
NEW WALLET "JEZFAN", CREATED JUN 2026, ZERO PRIOR TRACK RECORD, PLACED $26.6K ON YES IN THE UMA DISPUTE OVER POLYMARKET'S "MICROSTRATEGY SELLS ANY BTC BY MAY 31" RULING.
POTENTIAL PAYOUT IF UMA FLIPS RESOLUTION TO YES: $3.55M.
@abresas They should use the AI court on @Kleros_io where the AIs are adversarial , with the option to escalate to a council , secured by holders of $PNK .
⚖️ On June 9, we'll be at the University of Oxford for "Law in the Digital Age of Crowds and Code."
Two panels with the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies and the Department of Computer Science on where dispute resolution goes when humans, mechanism design, and AI share the bench.
With @federicoast, @williamhwgeorge, Nicole Stremlau, Florian Grisel, @robertgdean, and Fernanda Pirie.

Polymarket, what are you doing with the MicroStrategy BTC sale market?
The market closed on May 31 (Sunday) at 11:59 PM ET.
MicroStrategy sold 32 BTC between May 26-31 (clear in the filing).
SEC 8-K was published on June 1 (Monday) — everyone knows filings don’t happen on Sunday.
Yet Polymarket added a clarification on June 1 (after the market closed):
“Confirmation achieved outside of the market’s time frame does not qualify.”
You changed the rules after trading ended and after
the filing came out.
@Polymarket
@DefiantNews@Polymarket@UMAprotocol If only there were a decentralized dispute resolution system that could fix this... Oh wait, there is. My God, just use Kleros.
