@Sunjae_0110 We have booked 4 rooms here with 3 kids and for us the health of our kids are at utmost priority which is the sole reason to book a brand like Hyatt for our stay after paying a premium. And if i cant be sure of the food in this Hotel then it is shameful for Hyatt as Brand.

@Sunjae_0110 i am staying at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa. And we were served spoiled food for consecutive 2 days in breakfast here. Your Director of operation Prashant Thakur was ignorabt about the fact that it was spoiled. And tried to supress the matter 1/2
