@arampell @Apple Totally agree. Any other product requires either physically holding the device or installing a VPN on it which doesn't work (kids find ways around it). So, Apple has a unique opty with ScreenTime for parents and kids but the product is terrible. Too complex and doesn't work.

@Tesla why do you make it so hard to schedule service? I called both local service dealers and no one answered. I called 877 number and it said to schedule online. Online tool didn’t work and told me to call 877 number. Now on hold for 40 minute wait time.
