An appeal to Asthikas for one time Deepavali Sambhavana:

The Bhattar is 86 years old. Started doing his Kainkaryam in an ancient Sri Vaishnava Mandir some six plus decades ago at a monthly salary of Rs.20/-. Now with failing health due to age related issues, retired at a princely salary of Rs.450/-, which remains unpaid for years.

He has a son who is born mute and a wonderful daughter in law taking care of both. The son used to help the father as an unpaid paricharaka.

This Bhattar deserves every rupee transferred as a one time Sambhavana. Please DM should you decide to contribute. I’ll furnish his background and son’s bank account.

Sorry he doesn’t have a UPI so you will have to key in details of account number and IFSC etc. please take this one time inconvenience of keying in just for honoring his Kainkaryam to Bhagawan.

We have touched only the tip of the iceberg - I have given only a dozen or so examples of serious crimes by @tnhrcedept officials who including Govt Secretaries, Commissioners, Joint Commissioners - crimes under BNS section 61(2) Criminal Conspiracy (2 years or more imprisonment),
BNS Section 316(4) (7 years imprisonment) 316(5) (life imprisonment)

I have hundreds and hundreds of more evidences of these serious offences

I challenge the officials in @tnhrcedept to deny these accusations or prove that what I am saying is baseless

This is what happens when advocates go to court to satisfy their ego but not care for the temples.

This is Shri Vijaya Varadharajan Perumal Temple at Baburayanpetta near Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu.

Some, claiming you be public spirited went to the court to get it restored. Then there was something left in the temple.

They got an order, went tom tom around in their "victory" and left the temple to be destroyed completely without an evidence of what is there. They claimed victory because the Commissioner @tnhrcedept was summoned to the court. Such an achievement!!!!

On 09.01.2025 the Hon'ble Chief Justice Bench of the Madras High Court recorded the statement of the Additional Advocate General told the court that they will only disturb the temple to the extent that will be required.

Here is the statement recorded by the court.

"Shri Ravindran, on instructions, states that effectively what is proposed to be done is renovation and, for the purpose of renovation, it is possible that some parts have to be dismantled and reconstructed. Shri Ravindran states this dismantling and reconstruction will be only to the extent that is required and the same is being done in consultation with archaeological experts, traditional architects and sculptors, agama experts, etc. In short, an assurance is given that the heritage sanctity and the original sanctity of the temple will not be disturbed. Statement accepted."

I visited the temple today to see that the temple is not at all there. Completely demolished. Totally gone. Erased. Buried.

The AAG also stated that the work will be done within two and a half months.

Any sensible lawyer would have accepted right there objected as the timeline says 3 months for tender process and 2.5 months for restoration of a dilapidated temple. One cannot even finish 'numbering' and documenting the temple in 2.5 months - a temple that is in more than 20 acres of property.

Mr. jagannathan the advocate at that time even threatened those asthikas who brought in Sri Sathyathma Theerthar, the Peetadhipathi of Sri Utharadhi Mutt, to the cite. I have screenshots of his threat where he threatened asthikas of jail term.

Now thanks to his ego the temple remains destroyed completely.

Also thanks to his accomplice @amaruvi who was on a collection spree showing this temple in twitter and facebook and collecting money from several people.

After this order nith Jagannathan and Amaruvi disappeared from the scene.

From the date of order we have lost 9 months. From the date of tender we have lost 6 months.

Today, the temple stands lost. Don't know where the Vigraha are.

I feel disgusted and depressed and angry and helpless.
