@FidelCacheFlow I don’t think it’s that bad, but it is most likely one of the worst options of questions or validation methods you could use. Extract nothing. It’s very Jeremy mineresque. Now that they said yea that’s fair, they’ve completely agreed to your social contract, done deal.
@Pipeline_papi@DialDraper The difference in sdr roles cannot be more drastic. If you find yourself at a shit one and there isn’t a good promotional path (and the AE role won’t be high valued), it’s a good opportunity to go after the better orgs.
Ironically this is what I built preframe for originally. I was using the parallel dialer and just wanted some research to reference when I finally got to them. And grouping lists based on insights / talking points.
Whatever you’re using for research or list building just try to ensure the groups are scalable in talk tracks then it makes life much easier on parallel

- slide deck builder based off templates with clear guidelines
- contextualized data source + schema instead of infinite integrations & records for AI to fumble through
- prospecting go-tos
- call synthesizer
You have a big group call booked with 3 new stakeholders.
If you walk in cold, you're starting from zero with people who have no reason to trust you yet.
A quick warm-up note 2-3 days before a multi-stakeholder meeting is one of the most underused plays.
It builds goodwill, shapes the agenda, and gets them pre-sold before you even show up.

Two things this accomplishes simultaneously:
1. The new stakeholder feels seen before the call even starts
2. You get a mini-discovery moment that could completely reshape your agenda.
That "anything else" question has surfaced objections I wouldn't have known until they blew up live.
