@drmaniortho It was prevailing earlier. In fact, this 15% is also the choice of the states (if they want their students to get 15% from other state colleges, they can also provide 15%. If not, they can have all 100% for their state students & can’t have other state seats for their students.

@aarjeekaykannan @VinodhiniUnoffl In TN (85% seats of all TN medical colleges) no single entrance exam is needed. For all India 15%, one single entrance exam was conducted earlier, that shall be revived.

Why don’t HSC mark be single criteria for all Govt. & private colleges and Govt. can release the rank list

எம்.ஜி.ஆரின் ‘பிம்பச்சிறை’க்கும் விஜய்யின் ‘பிம்பச்சிறை’க்கும் என்ன வித்தியாசம்?

1992ல் ஆய்வாளர் எம்.எஸ்.எஸ்.பாண்டியன் ‘பிம்பச்சிறை’ நூலை (ஆங்கிலத்தில்) எழுதினார். சினிமா மூலம் எம்.ஜி.ஆர் உற்பத்தி செய்த பிம்பங்கள் எப்படி அவர் அரசியல் வெற்றிக்கு உதவின, அவர் சினிமாவில் முன்வைத்த பிம்பங்களுக்கும் அவர் ஆட்சி நடைமுறைக்கும் உள்ள முரண்பாடுகளை அந்த நூல் விரிவாகப் பேசியது.

34 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு விஜய் முதலமைச்சராகியிருக்கிறார். அவரது 33 ஆண்டுக்கால சினிமா வாழ்க்கையின் கடைசி திரைப்படம் வெளியாகியிருக்கிறது.

எம்.ஜி.ஆரின் ‘ஏழைகளின் ரட்சகர்’, ‘அநீதிக்கு எதிரான போராளி’ சினிமா பிம்பங்களுடன் ஒப்பிடும்போது விஜய் சினிமா பிம்பங்கள் பலவீனமானவை. எம்.ஜி.ஆர் படங்களைப் போன்ற ஒழுக்கவாதங்களும் விஜய் திரைப்படங்களில் கிடையாது. பிறகு எப்படி விஜய் வெற்றிபெற்றார்?

சினிமா என்னும் ஊடகம் அறிமுகமானபோது அதை மேட்டுக்குடியினர் வெறுத்ததாக எம்.எஸ்.எஸ்.பாண்டியன் குறிப்பிடுகிறார். எல்லாச் சாதியினரும் வர்க்கத்தினரும் ஒரே இடத்தில் அமர்ந்து ஒன்றுகூடி திரைப்படத்தைப் பார்க்கும் வாய்ப்பை திரையரங்கம் வழங்கியதே அதற்கு காரணம் என்கிறார் அவர். பிறகு மேட்டுக்குடியினரே சினிமாவைக் கைப்பற்றி பயன்படுத்திக்கொண்டனர் என்பது வேறுகதை.

எம்.ஜி.ஆர் காலத் திரையரங்கத்தில் ஒரு கூட்டுத்திரை பிம்பங்களை உற்பத்தி செய்து கூட்டு உளவியலைக் கட்டமைத்தது. விஜய்யின் காலத்தில் இருப்பதோ தனித்திரைகள். என் செல்போன் திரையில் உள்ள ஃபேஸ்புக், எக்ஸ், இன்ஸ்டாகிராமின் பிம்பங்கள் வேறு. இன்னொருவர் செல்போன் திரையில் உள்ள ஃபேஸ்புக், எக்ஸ், இன்ஸ்டாகிராமின் பிம்பங்கள் வேறு. திரையரங்கத்தைப் போல் காலவரையறையுடன் முடிந்துபோகாமல் இந்த தனித்திரையின் பிம்பங்கள் இடையறாது மாறிக்கொண்டேயிருக்கின்றன.

கூட்டுத்திரை கூட்டு உளவியலைக் கட்டமைத்த காலம் முடிந்து, இப்போது தனித்திரைகள் கூட்டு உளவியலைக் கட்டமைத்திருக்கின்றன. அதன் விளைபொருள்தான் விஜய்யின் வெற்றி.

Even if go by your logic, every state has different +2 syllabus. How is it fair to have uniform NEET syllabus, expensive coaching?

To my Parliamentary question regarding whether the new TN Government has requested the Central Government to change the proposed site of the Parandur Chennai Greenfield Airport, and if so, the details of such a request, including dates and the Government's response; the Hon'ble Minister of State @mohol_murlidhar replied with a firm NO!
Therefore the 10200 crore Parandur Greenfield Airport project conceived by DMK Govt remains unaffected based on the Union Minister’s reply.
My other question on the status of Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Madurai and Tuticorin airports, indicating the project-wise budget allocation, physical and financial progress, expected date of completion and other relevant details is also answered.
