When should we switch from Cloudflare D1 to PlanetScale? There’s not much info on when D1 is enough for a SaaS. I have about 100k users and D1 works fine, but what metrics should I watch to know when it’s time to move? I know about the 10GB limit - what else matters? @irvinebroque thanks 😊

@levelsio @loaibassam Stripe is not cheap. I changed stripe 14% fee to paynow 0.7% fee. Its only for local market Poland.

@kyanbuilds Nice! I'm spending like $2k daily on Meta Ads. ROAS gets worse when you put more money in, but don't stop - put more in and grow to $100k MRR :) I try to stick to 1.8-2.2 ROAS. Also remember about LTV.

The most underrated combo in SaaS:

Claude Code + @posthog MCP

1) ship the change
2) Ask Claude to write PostHog annotation
3) Ask Claude "conversion before vs after?"
4) Move or revert

Not every decision needs an A/B test.

@thejanpole @FedotOff90 @FedotOff90 @thejanpole could you tell me more about payment system? In Poland we have Blik, it is preferred payment method. How about Czech? Is there any worth payment provider with cheap fee? In Poland i have paynow takes 0.7% fee, stripe takes 12% for my micropayments ;(

I have Automated Rules for that 😉 Day mode 09:00-01:00 . Night Mode 01:00-09:00. Also next hack is day AR (weekend +30% budget) 😎
