@Starluck40 @2huyuri The Republic of Ireland has a lower population than pre famine Ireland but since that includes the whole island, if you include the North it is just about higher.
Of course some areas are still significantly less dense because the Dublin area is so massive.

@llwtydeer Yes, they rent them out for a specific price to preserve or increase their property value and if noone can afford it, they let it sit empty rather than rent it for less and potentially decrease their property value.
