It was a pleasure collaborating with Rafik ElBeblawy (@rafikelbebmd), Chinmay Jani (@Jani_Chinmay), and Aakash Desai (@ADesaiMD) on our recently published article, "The Landscape of Bispecific Antibodies in Solid Tumor Oncology: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities."
The article presents a data-driven analysis of 681 clinical trials evaluating 183 bispecific antibodies in solid tumors, using @Larvol CLIN to map key trends. The study highlights the rapid expansion since 2019, a strong focus on immune checkpoint and oncogene-directed bispecifics, and gaps in biomarker use across the global pipeline.
