پاکستان میٹرولوجیکل ڈیپارٹمنٹ (پی ایم ڈی) کی جانب سے جاری کردہ ایڈوائزری کے مطابق سمندری طوفان بائپرجوائے رخ تبدیل ہونے بعد شمال اور شمال مشرق کی جانب بڑھ رہا ہے جو پاکستان کے مکران ساحل کی طرف آ سکتا ہے۔ طوفانی نظام میں مسلسل تبدیلی کے باعث اس میں مزید شدت بھی آ سکتی ہے۔
ماہی گیروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ 12 جون بروز پیر سے کھلے سمندر میں اس وقت تک نہ نکلیں جب تک کہ یہ نظام بحیرہ عرب کے اوپر سے گزر نہ جائے۔ اونچی لہروں کی وجہ سے ساحلی علاقے متاثر ہو سکتے ہیں۔
سندھ اور مکران کے ساحلی علاقے میں 13 جون کی رات سے 14 جون کی صبح تک بارش، گرج چمک اور تیز ہوائوں کا امکان ہے۔
تمام متعلقہ حکام بالخصوص پی ڈی ایم اے سندھ اور بلوچستان کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ تیاریوں کا جائزہ لیں اور ساحلی علاقوں میں بسنے والے لوگوں کے لیے عوامی تحفظ کو یقینی بنائیں اور لوگوں میں اس طوفان کے حوالے سے بیداری پیدا کریں۔
