@snowded Real challenges it seems with accepting bounded applicability being relevant to everything.. role, mandate , methods used and promises made.. seems to be a constant disconnect when it comes to really getting out of the expert mode and enabling emergence

@macneirr As long ago as the 1970's(!) in a unionised mining company the agreed statement was" everyone on this site will be fair safe and honest". An enabling constraint, any issue raised was discussed and resolved in context. Very effective.

@mapbakery @sonjabl@britz Easier to understand does not equal practical in my experience. Lack of shared understanding of the nature of issues = frustration, conflict, ongoing messy. Just $ for those who say they can fix when they can't.

@MatthewMezey@sonjabl In my view, the environment has enabled this behaviour to emerge, that is mavericks are allowed.. it is in large part about the nature of the constraints real and imagined.
@sonjabl The futility and inanity of 'predicting' the future, applying ludicrous performance measures, in a year agonise about why predictions did not happen, ignore opportunities missed, explain why measures were not met.. then do it all again!! Why? A pretence of control & certainty?
