Now Bitcoin has surged all the way to $78K, and suddenly the market is convinced the bear phase is finished.

This wasn’t simply a clean breakout.

It was a huge liquidity squeeze.

And the timing couldn’t be better:

→ Trump is pushing the CLARITY Act again.
→ The Treasury increased long-term bond buybacks.
→ Risk assets exploded higher.

That combination created the perfect environment to destroy shorts, trigger FOMO and attract new longs near the highs.

Now almost everyone is chasing the rally.

That’s where the danger begins.

The setup I’ve been watching remains the same:

$70K FVG → $72K → short squeeze → FOMO → distribution → selloff

We aren’t waiting for the bull trap anymore.

We may already be inside it.

My downside scenario remains:

$78K → $67K → $55K → $48K-$44K

Don’t mistake liquidation-driven buying for sustainable spot demand.

The higher BTC gets pushed during this squeeze, the more liquidity could build underneath for a sharp reversal.

Everyone wanted the breakout.

I was waiting for the trap.

Now let’s see what comes next.
