In the 1990's Tom Kite played a round of golf with a couple collegiate golfers. After the round one of the collegiate golfers asked:

@sidecarcap Durability is the key. Makes even mundane businesses very solid long term investments. Even without the extra layer of excellent management.
I intend to own every business forever.
