This is how @FrontierCorp treats you after 2 hours spent this am trying to resolve an issue, and after being in the dark for a week with lies and non-answers.
@AskFrontier
Has @FTC investigated the practices of @FrontierCorp? Consumers rights are being violated and no one cares? How can a company charge for services they don't provide and not make them able to reach them for cancellations and account issues?
New website going up documenting how terrible the customer service of @FrontierCorp is. A week without internet and no resolution or timeline - no storms, just plain outage without updates and they refuse to send someone out. We pay for their top tier.
@FrontierCorp is absolute trash for customer service. Account # 941-708-3365-020324-5. I am experiencing a localized, single-home hardware outage that has lasted 7+ days. Phone support keeps putting me in an outage loop and refuses to send a tech.
@AskFrontier Another closed loop from @FrontierCorp - shocking😒"Get verified to message @AskFrontier
Only verified users can send Direct Message requests to people that don't follow them. Get verified to continue."
@AskFrontier@AskFrontier You're not "here" to "help". You send people for a loop, provide no resolution, keep making false claims, and I'm without internet during the World Cup and can't run my business. Horrible!
I heard something on 'This Week in AI' podcast today that stumped me.
Companies are now giving awards to employees who use the most AI tokens in a week... (read that again)
Not "most hours worked." Not "most emails sent." Most AI tokens used. They're literally rewarding people for how well they leverage the tools available to them.
It gets better... tech companies are now handing job candidates a task that would normally take two weeks... and giving them one hour to complete it.
The test isn't whether you can grind it out. The test is whether you know how to work WITH AI to get it done.
This shift is real. And it's happening right now.
I'm feeling it firsthand.
My team at Sozo hasn't grown — we're still 13 people.
But our output? Our actual client RESULTS? They've skyrocketed.
We're producing more, delivering faster, and getting better outcomes for our clients than we ever have. Not because we hired more bodies. Because we got smarter about how we use the tools in front of us.
AI didn't replace my team. It made my team dangerous.
These are genuinely some of the most exciting times I've experienced as a business owner. The playing field isn't just leveling... it's completely reshuffling.
Small teams that embrace this will outperform bloated companies that don't.
That's not a prediction. I'm watching it happen in my own business every single day.
The question isn't whether AI will change your industry. It already has.
How are you using AI to multiply what your team can do? I want to hear it.
@SenSanders Woke up, saw this post, and now I’m relieved 😅 Any time Bernie Sanders said something terrible happened, I’m assured we’re going in the right direction.
There should be a simple device box: mics and speakers, and other built in interpreter. Tell @grok the voice you want to use and language you want the translation and it should be able to pick up which language of being spoken and automatically interpret, with words on its screen
@WhiteHouse is pushing AI growth everywhere except in its own practices. @elonmusk, why are they still using human interpreters rather then AI with real-time call backs to written transcripts?
@RtothepowerofX Bruh, you’re still speaking your native language while trying to address people you don’t understand. It ain’t working for you… just stop.
@FBIDirectorKash I’m sure you can find a camera and a mic somewhere around there. It’s 2025 and you don’t need their channels to get stuff to the public.
