@gandibar Hi Thomas! I don’t have a ticket ID. Your helpdesk portal wouldn’t accept a submission, so I emailed support directly instead. Since then I’ve discovered the domain actually transferred out of Gandi sometime in 2024–2025, so this likely isn’t something you can resolve.
