the problem this winter won't be a lack of ventilators, but rather lack of staff. people outside medicine may not realize how critical experienced bedside nurses are. they are saints (who could easily switch into different jobs with better hours & less stress, but chose not to)

@SouthernRailUK reduced services due to C19 response understandable. But perhaps overlap services so people can change over. eg trains between Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace. Departures leaving Crystal palace 2 minute prior to arrivals from Gipsy Hill. #Joinedupthinking
