@AmericanAir very disappointing to fly on a 2 month old B789 (N848AN) from PHL to LHR (AA728 on Sep 2nd) to be told IFE not working for the whole plane! Not what I expect when booking a @British_Airways holiday! Tried to sleep but your crew thought my shoulder was a punch bag!

@AmericanAir All this on top of our Main Cabin Extra seats that were selected months ahead being mysteriously unbooked a few days before the flight, leaving us with standard economy seats, which nobody at @AmericanAir can explain why!(??)
