9 months ago I would’ve given the same answer everyone in this thread is giving: yes, fundamentals matter, you need to understand code to vibe-code, AI is just a tool, etc.

Today I’m convinced that’s pure cope.

No, it’s not worth learning to code in 2026. Models are the worst they’ll ever be, and they’re already better than most junior devs. Unless you’re getting to senior-level skills in <2 years (you won’t), models are going to improve faster than you can learn.

You’re starting from zero against something that gets exponentially better every few months. Just code with AI however you can, time will make up for the current gaps in your knowledge.

There is no Chief Imam of Kwara State.

It is the Chief Imam of Ilorin.

Politicians are only doing what they do best, which I do not support.

They will do same for a newly appointed pastor in a Christian dominated State.

Kwara state is not a majority muslim state, there are christians in Kwara state. There is no data that supports the claim of Kwara state needing an official chief imam. If there is no official imam there can’t be official cars paid for by the people of Kwara state.

For a state with multiple issues, this should not be the priority of the state. This is needless and everyone should call it out!

Is there a chief pastor of Kwara state? Does he also get this??

And, as I said, I do not support the use of state funds for such purposes.
