@hopprides I’ve been working from day one in Canada, but unfortunately, I feel abandoned by this platform due to very unprofessional behaviour from support. I’ve repeatedly requested a senior representative, but no one has contacted me yet. I’m going to close my account. Thanks.
@hopprides The support team who gets paid on our income and doesn’t give us a return is completely ignored. I think it’s time to say goodbye to this platform where people work like this. Thanks.
@hopprides My understanding is that the support team’s primary responsibility is to provide support, not to arrange things. I’m very upset about this unprofessional behaviour. We drivers work in different environments and with different people, but we always maintain a positive attitude.

Thank you for your support

@FoodBasicsCA I recently visited Food Basics St.Barbara,Mississauga,Ontario and had a very disappointing experience. When I went to checkout, there was no one at the cash register, so I had to look for an employee. I found one, but they completely ignored me and walked away.
When they returned, I asked to speak with the store manager to address the issue, but I was told that no one was available. This lack of customer service was frustrating, and it left me dissatisfied. Then I went to the management office there was a person named Bashir he said he
was the store manager i told the whole story but he also didn’t have any respond or any explanation even single word to me. He doesn’t know how to handle Customers or complaints. He was absent minded and was confused himself the lack of training of staff and store manager really
