@VicVijayakumar That's correct but the robo-advisor does its best to balance with sales of losing investments to minimize tax bill over the year. I generally see a flurry of sales and repurchases towards the end of the calendar year

Hopefully you have the time to RCA, hopefully you have a learning or two for the next event, but not always. All you know is you have project & task work to do in between the incident space 🫠
@xwanyex Maybe I'm biased but I feel like Soccer develops working on a team, sharing, being a good sport, and overall general athletics & coordination. Swimming for cardio, gymnastics early for balance and coordination.
So maybe climbing & gym 3-6, soccer 6+, swim 9+.

@GergelyOrosz I don't think it works well at the Engineering Program Mgmt level but it will work for trouble tickets that turn into Bug, Incident, and Problem tickets. Or can translate ITSM requests into feature requests tied to resources and sprints. But that 10k foot view is limited
@GergelyOrosz It's Business ERP & ITSM tools, and can do any structured workflow you care to engineer. But it starts at a high price tag so it's geared towards enterprise.
