@hyderabaddoctor @ATDWANDERER Sir, what would be the ideal sleep duration? I sleep for 6-7hours/day, but it is a very unconscious one where I don't feel anything happens around me. I cycle for 30kms for 3-4days/week and run for 8kms for 2days/week. No work stress.

@ShubhaSSinha Cannot stop agreeing with you. Where there is a will, there is a way. Cycle is the best machine to use. I am commuting to office for 50Kms/day in Pune and enjoying it. I have my own concerns on roads, but still I love to ride bicycle for all needs.
