Great to see that Westminster has completed its city-wide 20mph limits. If its good enough for streets where MPs work, then why not where your children live and learn?
I completely disagree with that Tom, I think itโs exactly what pedestrians โshouldโ be able to do. And people using the road โshouldโ expect it in urban areas and drive/ride accordingly.
