The Rt Hon. Lord @ZacGoldsmith, former Minister of State for the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office in the United Kingdom, expresses his admiration for Somaliland as one of the most captivating nations globally.

Despite facing considerable challenges, Somaliland has defied the odds, emerging as a peaceful, democratic, and prosperous nation with a remarkable population. Lord Goldsmith marvels at the resilience of Somaliland, which has thrived amidst the surrounding terror and chaos.

He envisions a future where Somaliland attains formal recognition, predicting that the moment it happens, it will be akin to switching on a light whose radiance will be felt and celebrated around the world.

Finally, Lord Zac Goldsmith enthusiastically expressed his happiness at the idea of a recognized Republic of Somaliland.
