we make it impossible for people to build a life and have kids during their most fertile years.

forcing them to graduate in degrees to do jobs that do not require a college degree. kids finish their training at 25-30, without a cent to their names, without the skills to work. college teaches you the theory, but not the skills. 4-10 years studying to learn a job that would really take 6 months of internship by doing the actual job.

obviously they are not building families. not having kids. delegating their family to egg freezing.

the incentives are all backwards. we infantilized entire generations who at 30 are supposed to be full-fledged adults, while they still act and live like teenagers and then act surprised if people are not having kids

Underrated career advice: Choose to work in a place with high talent density early in your career.

You tend to rise or fall to the level of the people around you. When you work with exceptional people, you absorb their standards, pace, frameworks, and instincts almost through osmosis.

High-talent environments compress learning cycles and force you to grow faster than you would on your own. They change your opportunity set and rewire your brain. The compounding effect of a few years in that environment can change the trajectory of your life.
