Sky News reports that a 28-year-old Palestinian woman, six months pregnant and suffering severe internal bleeding, was being transported from Qaryout in the occupied West Bank to Rafidia Surgical Hospital in Nablus when Israeli soldiers stopped her ambulance at the Awarta checkpoint.

Video shows Israeli forces detained the ambulance crew for more than 30 minutes, subjected the bleeding, critically ill woman to a physical search, and ordered the driver to turn off the engine, cutting power to the vehicle’s onboard medical equipment.

During the forced delay, a nurse was forced to deliver the fetus stillborn inside the stranded ambulance. The woman was eventually allowed to proceed to the hospital, where doctors performed emergency surgery and saved her life. The baby could not be saved.

💢 REPORT | Since the ceasefire took effect last October, Israeli forces have killed 1,072 Palestinians, including 248 children, 114 women, and 33 elderly people, and wounded 3,463, including 965 children, 613 women, and 148 elderly people. During that period, Israeli forces also carried out 1,571 airstrikes and shelling attacks, 1,384 live-fire attacks, 146 military incursions, and 395 explosive home demolitions across Gaza, according to a report shared by the Palestinian side with mediators.

⚠️The U.N.-backed, U.S.-led Board of Peace has not publicly condemned a single one of those attacks.

◽️ Death Toll:
Since the ceasefire took effect, children, women, and the elderly account for 36.8% of those killed and 49.8% of those wounded. 121 civilians have also been detained.

◽️ Expanding Occupation:
Israel continues to hold approximately 34 square kilometers beyond the agreed withdrawal lines while obstructing repairs to electricity, water, and sewage infrastructure and blocking the entry of heavy machinery needed for reconstruction.

◽️ Aid Entry:
▪️ 240 trucks entered Gaza on Sunday, including 85 humanitarian aid trucks, 142 commercial trucks, and 13 fuel trucks
▪️ Only 35.5% of agreed humanitarian assistance has entered Gaza since the ceasefire, averaging 213 trucks per day compared with the agreed 600
▪️ Fuel deliveries remain at just 14.9% of agreed levels, according to the report, systematically obstructing recovery efforts.
▪️ Israeli authorities continue to provide misleading aid figures to mediators while refusing to allow independent international monitoring of deliveries.

◽️ Rafah Crossing:
▪️ Rafah remains heavily restricted. Although 192 people crossed on Sunday, only 36.6% of scheduled travelers out of 22,800 scheduled travelers have been able to cross since the ceasefire
▪️ The crossing remained operational at reduced capacity on Sunday, with 96 departures and 96 returnees recorded.
