Also when we called @Budget they told us to find a hotel for the night, since they couldn’t help us right now, but that they wouldn’t reimburse us. So here we are freezing in a broken moving truck…5hrs away from our destination.

@Budget Husband just got out of the U.S. Army yesterday and we’ve been stranded with a broken moving truck for 6hrs in the middle of nowhere with no help from Budget. Lucky to not be hurt after the brakes and steering wheel gave out, 12hrs into our move home from Fort Carson.
