A. ग्राहक सेवा (Customer-facing roles):

1. नकद लेन-देन (Cashier/Clerk):

जमा (Deposit) और निकासी (Withdrawal) की प्रक्रिया।

चेक क्लियर करना।

ड्राफ्ट, पासबुक प्रिंटिंग, फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट आदि।

2. खाता खोलना (Account Opening Desk):

सेविंग/करंट अकाउंट खोलना।

KYC दस्तावेज़ों की जांच।

3. लोन संबंधी कार्य:

होम लोन, एजुकेशन लोन, पर्सनल लोन आदि की जानकारी देना।

लोन आवेदन की प्रोसेसिंग।

4. डिजिटल सेवा:

योनो ऐप, इंटरनेट बैंकिंग, UPI सेटअप में मदद।

ग्राहकों को साइबर सुरक्षा के बारे में बताना।

5. शिकायत और समाधान:

ग्राहक की समस्याएं सुनना और समाधान देना।
