@RobinhoodApp made an exception to their preferred stock rule and got $STRC $SATA and other MSTR prefs up.
They rarely list ADRs but got $MPJPY up
Now they’ve made an OTC exception for $KRKNF
Bullish on $HOOD
YOU CAN NOW BUY $KRKNF ON ROBINHOOD.
This is the underwater drone monopoly that is the best public proxy for Anduril but always struggled with being accessible to retail traders.
I actually can't believe this just happened🦑
Is it time to long $HOOD too? They listened.
@reclaim_rainbow@Giovann35084111 Yeah, criticizing obj moral values with moral language is ironically self-defeating .
But I wouldn’t call Gio a clown. He’s obviously brilliant and the bitcoin power law is groundbreaking work.
Universal human rights, protecting the weak, + moral frameworks can't be discerned from phys sciences.
There's no ontology behind objective moral values and duties in a pure darwinian framework. Morals are simply a survival mechanism + subject to change based on necessity.
@Giovann35084111 Harris’ book is a great example of borrowing moral language w/out answering the ontological Qs.
“Who decides what morality is?”
W/out an anchor, morality is essentially just preferences + power. And you lack a basis for calling anything good or evil (or absurd or horrifying)
Even if you're not religious, the bulk of your moral values came from Western Christendom. It's worth caring about.
And that's aside from having an ontological explanation for the universe, human dignity, meaning, life-after-death, good + evil, suffering, and vocation.
The West's moral ethic is unique, not self-evident. You'd be hard pressed explain how its moral contributions would have developed indepdent of Christianity.
Reason does NOT equal morality.
