@VirginAtlantic you have taken multiple payments from my bank account when trying to prebook a seat. Your website brought up an error message saying there was a problem. Too right there is a problem, no seat allocated and four payments taken from my bank account!!!

@easyjet If I rebook a cancelled flight, am I still entitled to a refund should you cancel it in the future?

@easyJet our flight in June has been cancelled. If we rebook a flight later in the year that ends up being cancelled, will we still be entitled to a full refund?

.@MartinSLewis. The balance is due on our summer hol this month. The cost to move it now is astronomical as the holiday hasn’t actually been cancelled. If we pay the balance & it doesn’t go ahead, could the travel company insist we get a credit note rather than a full refund?

@JDhelpteam I ordered a pair of tracksuit bottoms on c&c. I checked the item before I left the store and had been sent the wrong colour. The assistant re-ordered and sent the order to my home address. This has arrived and it is the wrong colour again??
