Day 2033 of the #TigrayGenocide:
Despite its unparalleled scale, the #Tigray crisis remained largely invisible to the world. Factors such as race and the peripherality of the region made the #Tigray conflict a blind spot in global geopolitics.

Day 2032 of the #TigrayGenocide:
Thousands of #Tigray IDPs are still trapped in makeshift camps, living in unbearable conditions without adequate food, healthcare, shelter, or dignity. The world cannot keep looking away while families suffer in silence.

Day 2028 of the #TigrayGenocide:
Education is a human right under international law.
Blocking the systems needed for #Tigrayan children's recovery after war is not “normal politics.”
It deepens humanitarian suffering and prolongs instability.

Day 1957 of the #TigrayGenocide:
Justice for #Tigrayan#SGBV victims women & girls must never be selective.
Their suffering cannot be ignored or silenced.

Day 1938 of the #TigrayGenocide:
Millions of #Tigrayans remain displaced. Banking, fuel distribution, and telecommunications services remain unreliable and tightly restricted. Reconstruction has stalled under layers of administrative interference.

⛔️ 🚨 Ethiopian Election Board Fueling War by Enabling Unconstitutional Land Grab - Deja Vu 2018 ⛔️ 🚨
The Ethiopian Election Board has poured fuel on an already volatile war environment in the Horn of Africa- particularly along the Tigray–Eritrea frontline.
After announcing plans to conduct elections while more than 60 percent of the country remains engulfed in active conflict and the rest of the population is crushed by an unlivable cost of living, the Board went further. It issued a press release reassigning Tigray’s constitutionally recognized land to other parties.
That this followed a rapid retreat from its own earlier statement is not surprising; it only underscores the depth of institutional corruption and political capture.
When I wrote the article below months ago, warning against a return to war and urging early international intervention, this was precisely the scenario I feared: state institutions reduced to serving one man, regardless of the devastation inflicted on the nation.
Today:
• Amhara communities are fighting for survival.
• Oromo communities are doing the same.
• Tigray, having endured unspeakable loss, is calling for peace and rejecting any return to war.
This is not governance.
It is reckless escalation.

Abiy’s War Script: Déjà Vu for Tigray, Ominous for Ethiopia
https://t.co/ZH7mLOLFyK
Now is the time to stop the madness.
- Abiy Ahmed is one individual.
- Ethiopia is a nation of more than 120 million people.
If Ethiopia collapses, stability in the entire Horn of Africa collapses with it.

The Abiy regime’s Election Board says it has removed several Tigrayan constituencies in Western & Southern Tigray from Tigray’s jurisdiction. Beyond the ongoing #TigrayGenocide, it is a tactic to continually pit Tigray and Amhara against each other.
Day 1937 of the #TigrayGenocide:
In #Tigray, documented atrocities included:
• Mass civilian targeting
• Widespread sexual violence
• Starvation conditions
• Institutional destruction
Yet no independent international criminal mechanism exists.

Drone Strikes in Inticho and Gendebta, Tigray
Tonight, between 3:30 and 4:00 AM local time, a drone attack was carried out targeting two Isuzu cargo trucks according to Tigray state media. The trucks sustained damage. One driver lost his life, while one assistant (helper) was injured.
The Inticho town administration stated that the Isuzu trucks were transporting bananas and coffee.
Authorities warned that this incident could result in similar damage elsewhere and urged the public to exercise caution in all their general movements and activities.
Another drone strike occurred at 5:30 AM in the Gendebta area, specifically around Inda Mariam Shewito. The strike targeted a vehicle carrying pepper and other goods.
Mariam Shewito is one of the locations that was a major site of massacres during the 2020–2022 war.
This marks the first drone attack officially reported by Tigray state media since the signing of the Pretoria Agreement in November 2022.
