@SahilBloom Absolutely agree! Were subjected to so much negativity on this platform for starters! I’m surrounded by nay sayers pretty much so try to follow only really inspirational people.
@tiga_style Speaking of inspirational music, you might like this (or not!) I love it for pushing on - Passenger10 Soothing Tension. The Nora el Pure vid is great too.
@tiga_style Always good to see that even people at the top of their game have bad days occasionally, even if you’re frustrated. (it does sound like ‘I should be like Grand Cru champagne and unfortunately I was just Premier Cru today’ 😂)
@DavidDack Not really, as my audience is deliberately small 😂 (unfortunately all my audience is doing amazing things right now and I’m looking at their stats going 😠) but if I’m honest, yes I will push a bit when I might not otherwise…which can be great, or silly.
I’ve decided when I resume running I need a new watch. Currently Samsung 5 Pro. It’s been fine, but battery is a joke and it’s clearly not optimised to people who move…Anyway. Once I can run again, I’m rewarding myself. I want a robust watch with a clear display and simple controls (negotiable) which is compatible with Strava for runs (obviously) but also Concept 2 rower/bike and elliptical if possible. Don’t want/need top of range, but reliable robust and not hideously ugly 😂 So, intermediate runner with gym cardio add ons…Any suggestions will be carefully considered and gratefully accepted! Garmin is the default option but they tend to be searingly expensive. I’ve heard good things about Amazfit…
@erixmotivated mentioned this recently. This was my summary for last week. Nothing special, and running steps are more valuable but...this keeps me from going insane meantime 😊
