உலகம் முழுவதும் மோதல்களில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ள ஆயுதக்குழுக்களால் குழந்தைகள் மீதான அத்துமீறல்கள் கடந்த 30 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு இருந்ததை விட அதிகரித்துள்ளது.

'குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் ஆயுத மோதல்' குறித்து ஐ.நா பொதுச்செயலாளர் வெளியிட்ட வருடாந்திர அறிக்கையின்பட�� இது தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. 2025 இல் ஆயுதக்குழுக்களால் குழந்தைகளுக்கு எதிராக 38,558 வன்முறைகள் அரங்கேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளதாக ஐ.நா உறுதிப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

இதனால் 24,174 குழந்தைகள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர், மேலும் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான குழந்தைகள் பலமுறை இத்தகைய வன்முறைகளுக்கு ஆளாகியுள்ளனர்.

I list few demands of union

1. 9hrs workday should be reduced to 8hrs
2. Equalization of wages for workers with d same qualifications and duties.
3. Permit d wokers to use their sanctioned leave

That's why Labour Minister of India asks TN Gov to intervene 😂
Read the case again, this case is only against the Gov.of TN regarding Registering the Trade union.

When strike is legal,employees are entitled to salary.

Upto the employees in which form they want to fight.
Union starts it's strike on 09.09.2024 because govt have to register d union before 10.08.2024 beacuse appl. made on 26.06.24 and samsung didn't agreed to demands of the union.
