The job of our lab is to produce great scientists as well as good papers, and this one is worth more than any Nature paper! @Andrea_Loreto1 is off to start his own lab solving eye disorders in Sydney. Job done! Oh and…..😭
We're pleased to welcome Professor Roger Barker as our new chair of neurodegeneration.

Congratulations to Christina Antoniou who passed her viva today with a truly amazing thesis full of independent work done at such a difficult time. And thanks to examiners @LukasNeukomm1 and @Jellevda. Glad you had such an interesting discussion!
Really excited that our paper is out in @J_Cell_Sci !! We describe a detailed protocol for setting up dissociated mouse myelinating Schwann cell dorsal root ganglion neuron cocultures in microfluidic chambers, and use this model to investigate axon degeneration.
My lovely husband, others and @dem_researcher throwing light on an important topic. He does and endures so much behind the scenes that deserves to be recognised - here’s to all the other unseen heroes! 🦸♂️
Very happy to be featured in this month's @ParkinsonsUK Cambridge newsletter written by the wonderful @FlorenceLayburn.
