If you love autobiographical memory or other types of memory narratives, check out this CSBBCS Satellite Meeting:

Co-organizers: Peggy St Jacques, Signy Sheldon, Chris Madan and...me.
Its very nice to be identified as an outstanding peer reviewer. Its lots of fun and very rewarding to read all these great proposals and hammer it out in committee -- it would be more fun if our government properly funded the scientific enterprise.
Our paper "A multilevel account of hippocampal function in spatial and concept learning: Bridging models of behavior and neural assemblies" is out in Science Advances! w/ @ProfData@EP_UCL@mrccbu@ScienceAdvances
Tweet storm WARNING: big science & philosophy coming up! 👇🧵 0/
📢 Are you interested in how autobiographical #memory changes across age- and neuropathology-related cognitive decline? Then come check out my poster with @briantlevine on Sunday morning (B60) 🌇 I'll present some of our meta-analysis findings #CNS2023
Excited to have work describing a neurocognitive model of autobiographical memory in anxiety, done in collaboration with David Moscovitch and Morris Moscovitch

🧵 What about “space” is important for episodic memory? Out now in WIREs Cog Sci, we review historical and current thinking on the relationship between space & memory and suggest that the key link is the involvement of visuospatial imagination. https://t.co/0MHIpu5dlY 1/7
Our paper on aging and episodic memory-guided social decision-making is out now in PNAS!!! (w/ @Indecisionwins@KA_MacNear@franreckers@Laura_A_Zaneski & twitterless Joe Kable & Dave Wolk)
Very short thread to follow... https://t.co/9en3M948Mg
Working with @mdgrilli is super fun and we wrote a super cool article proposing how aging isn't all bad when it comes to autobiographical memory

Please RT… Recruiting 2 research associates! (1 with MSc in PSY or related (14 months); 1 with BSc (12 months) for an MRC-funded project @UEAPsychology that explores the cognitive and neural correlates of personal semantic memory

Lovely study of knowledge & similarity effects on memory - expert birdwatchers organize birds based on conceptual features, novices based on perceptual features - this impacts memory in cool ways

Another great project from the lab from @jogaru1818 co-lead by @sylvain_baillet. The results provide evidence for the shift in Aβ-tau induced effects on neural activity from a pattern of hyperactivity to hypoactivity as AD pathology and cognitive decline increase.
