2016 के RBI नियमों के बावजूद, CSB बैंक में मालिकाना हक़ की हिस्सेदारी रखने वाली Fairfax Canada, IDBI बैंक के अधिग्रहण के लिए Technically Qualified कैसे हुई? कोई एक Entity दो बैंकों में मालिकाना हक़ नहीं रख सकती।

क्या नियमों में छूट दी गई? किस आधार पर?

Devidas Tuljapurkar, convenor of the United Forum of Bank Unions, opposes IDBI Bank’s privatisation, questioning the valuation and the proposed sale to Fairfax Financial Holdings.
