@makemytrip My team had checked in hotel with booking id NH92252398378532. Hotel is locked since morning and my team member could not get out. Spoke to MMT Support and were told that checkout time is 11 am and we should have told earlier so that hotel gate could have been opened.

@bhash @kunalkamra88 So many OLA owners are complaining about service and product issues. There is genuine issue with OLA Scooters and needs to be addressed before it gets out of OLA Factory. You would not see vehicles piling up at service center, if product was done right.
