@BritishGasHelp An engineer was booked today 8-6pm & no-one came nor did anyone call.Ridiculously your lines/chat close at 6pm&we attempted online chat a few min's before 6pm it said agents are unavailable.Weve stayed in all day, this is poor customer service&no way to resolve!
