Perhaps we had this all wrong. The future belongs to ICs. There is now more use for them than ever before.

@bcherny It would be awesome to look at how Cloud Cowork works with custom plugins. It consistently tries to edit the skills in the wrong place and fails. Otherwise, what an absolutely awesome product. I love it!

So I was scammed by a host I booked via @bookingcom, which can happen. What is absolutely shocking to me is that Booking has not responded to my chat messages via their platform for more than 10 days, despite their guarantee of a 24-hour response. I called them a week ago, and the rep assured me that he would take care of it within 48 hours. However, nothing happened during the last 8 days; I only received a templated email stating that they still can't reach the host... I always thought Booking is on the level of Airbnb or Amazon in terms of customer experience and trust. Never thought it would be this horrible... Does anybody know someone at Booking to help me escalate?
