So I have just received a text message from the NHS track and trace to say I needed to self isolate for 14 days.
I needed to self isolate as of the 31st October ! A week ago !!! 🤬🤬

@TUIUK @TUIGroup so.... now it has been 10 Hours Delayed and cancelled! No rep from TUI anywhere at all TOM4744 told by YOU rescheduled for 0930 tomorrow flight not online and Gatwick staff advising there is only 1325 tomorrow? Currently sat wth 14hrs to go?

@TUIUK @davidfonzreid We are currently on route from Westminster on a coach to catch a 125 flight 🙏🏻.. no staff at Gatwick last night was absolutely disgusting.. we were all left in the dark and just waiting .. we understand that the fights would of been delayed or cancelled but we were left all day.

@davidfonzreid @TUIUK We ended up at a premier inn in Westminster at 230 it was an absolute nightmare! Was put in a cab as was sent down to get on a coach in the rain to find no coach! We got to the hotel and they only had 2 double rooms so we are separated as a family , let’s hope we get picked up!
